Senior Associate/Partner – Private Client 6 years PQE+ £65-85K dep on PQE – well established law firm in Middlesex
Our client is a well-established, multi-office firm and is known for building long-standing relationships with individuals, families, and business owners who trust them to protect their legacy. With a strong reputation in Private Client work and a collaborative, forward-thinking culture, the firm is now seeking a strategic and commercially minded Senior Associate/Partner to take a leading role as Head of Department.
The role
* Leading on complex wills and estate planning
* Creating and administering trusts
* Managing probate and estate administration, including taxable estates
* Advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Supporting asset protection and succession planning for business owners and HNWIs
* Playing a key role in shaping and eventually leading the department
What they are looking for
* Minimum 6 years’ PQE in Private Client work
* Strong technical expertise in Wills, Probate, LPAs, and Trusts
* Excellent drafting skills and confident client care
* Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients and professional contacts
* STEP qualification preferred
