Customer Success Manager (Mortgage Tech / AI SaaS)
Location: UK-based, ideally near Exeter (Hybrid/Remote with travel)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 p.a. (depending on experience) + generous share options

Who We’re Looking For
This is JammJar’s first Customer Success hire — the person who will shape how every broker experiences our product. You’ll be the face of JammJar for our customers, the voice of the customer inside the business, and the person who makes sure every firm that signs with us becomes a raving fan.
You’ll roll out new features, train teams, host live sessions, build relationships, and create resources that help brokers get the absolute most from our platform. You’ll be part consultant, part educator, part product strategist — and all about customer impact.
This would suit someone who knows the mortgage world — maybe a lender BDM or someone from an intermediary network who’s seen first-hand how much time brokers waste on admin — and who now wants to join a fast-moving tech company that’s actually fixing it.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Onboard new broker firms, running live and in‑person sessions to train users on JammJar.
* Build deep relationships with our customers — you’ll know their businesses, goals, and challenges inside‑out.
* Roll out new product features and help customers adopt them effectively.
* Proactively monitor customer usage and engagement, stepping in early if something isn’t working.
* Act as the customer’s voice internally — feeding back insights to the product and engineering teams.
* Create and manage self‑serve resources (help guides, videos, walkthroughs, best‑practice playbooks).
* Lead quarterly reviews with clients to showcase impact and identify growth opportunities.
* Represent JammJar at industry events and customer site visits.
* Help shape the systems, processes and playbooks that will define our future Customer Success team.
