Kolt recruitment are looking for a receptionist for a busy accident repair centre based in Burgess Hill. This is a front-of-house role welcoming customers, managing calls and bookings, and supporting the workshop team with day-to-day administration. Ideal for someone from an automotive, bodyshop or service reception background, but strong reception/admin candidates from other industries will also be considered. Key responsibilities * Meet and greet customers, providing a professional and friendly first point of contact * Answer and direct incoming calls, take accurate messages and handle enquiries * Book vehicles in for estimates and repairs * Keep customers updated on progress, repair status and collection times * Liaise with estimators, technicians and management to ensure smooth workflow * Process paperwork for jobs, invoices, courtesy cars and insurance work * Maintain reception area standards and general office administration Requirements * Previous reception, service advisor or customer service experience * Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner * Good IT skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly * Organised, accurate and able to manage a busy workload * Professional, polite and customer-focused at all times * Motor trade / bodyshop / accident repair experience is an advantage but not essential To apply, please send your CV to Kolt Recruitment...
