Our client is a highly reputable investment management firm renowned for their culture and commitment to ESG. Due to continued success, they are now seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join their dedicated team on a permanent basis in a broad, generalist Marketing role.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Managerwill take on the following dynamic responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Marketing, Investment, and Sales teams to create and launch innovative marketing campaigns that drive new leads and boost brand recognition.
* Project manage the marketing strategy across multiple channels, including email, social media, web, video, and print, to enhance brand visibility and reach.
* Craft compelling narratives and sustainability-focused content that showcases the firm’s unique offerings and strengthen brand positioning.
* Analyse the efficacy of marketing campaigns; leveraging market intelligence, analytics and insights in order to continuously improve and perfect the production of client-centric content.
* Shape and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the firm’s growth goals, ensuring all messaging is consistent, compelling, and on-brand across all platforms.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skillset:
* 3 – 5 years of Marketing experience within Investment Management (or any buy-side institution)
* Proven experience in executing successful marketing campaigns
* Demonstrated grasp on content production for a variety of distribution channels
* Collaborative team-player, able to interact and manage a variety of stakeholders both internal and external
