Pimlico Banks Recruitment are working with a respected UK organisation seeking an experienced Procurement / Contract Manager to take ownership of supplier sourcing, contract lifecycle management and commercial governance.
This is a hands-on, influential role managing the full procurement and contract process from supplier evaluation and tendering through to negotiation, onboarding and ongoing contract performance.
Role Overview
As Procurement / Contract Manager, youll lead and coordinate all procurement and contract activities across the business. The role covers strategic sourcing, tender management, supplier negotiation and contract oversight, while ensuring value for money, compliance and strong supplier performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead end-to-end procurement activity, including supplier sourcing, evaluations and competitive tender processes
2. Draft, review and manage new and existing contracts across multiple categories
3. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, service levels and performance measures
4. Manage supplier onboarding, ensuring compliance with governance and risk controls
5. Monitor contract performance, supplier delivery and KPI adherence
