About the programme

Within our Global Supply Chain (GSC) business, we manufacture and supply reliable, high-quality medicines and vaccines to meet patients' needs and drive our performance. Our network of 37 medicines and vaccines manufacturing sites delivered 1.7 billion packs of medicines and 409 million vaccine doses in 2024 to help make a positive impact on health. Our supply chain is vital to bringing our innovations to patients quickly, efficiently and effectively. Technology is transforming how we manufacture medicines and vaccines, enabling us to increase the speed, quality and scale of product supply.

What you will experience: We are seeking highly motivated graduates who are eager to grow into technical experts developing a strong quality mindset and systems understanding. These positions involve working at our manufacturing sites within the quality function to ensure the implementation of the latest, safe, efficient, and reliable processes, analytical methods and equipment. The two-year rotational programme is designed to prepare you for future quality, operational, and technical roles within GSK's Global Supply Chain (GSC).

* Cross-Functional Exposure: Spend time at your home site, working on cross-functional projects and rotations to deepen your expertise and knowledge of the business.
* Kaizen Assignment: A short-term breadth assignment, which could include global-focused opportunities, to expand your skills beyond your home site.

Your role and responsibilities

* Regulatory Insight: Build knowledge of industry regulations and the role of compliance in a highly regulated environment.
* Hands-On Lab Experience: Work in state-of-the-art quality testing laboratories, mastering analytical techniques and gaining experience with raw materials, finished products, sterility and environmental testing.
* Comprehensive Quality Control: Understand how different elements of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process interact to ensure product quality.
* Quality Systems & Analytics: Dive into quality systems and apply GSK quality standards in operations such as deviations, CAPA, change control, and documentation.
* Risk and Compliance: Develop understanding of risk management and compliance essential to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across manufacturing, quality, technical services and supply chain to introduce new products or testing methods seamlessly.
* Sustainability focus: Work on projects focused on sustainability, waste reduction and green lab initiatives.
* Continuous Improvement: Enhance problem-solving skills through performance improvement projects using DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma.
