Position Overview: We are currently partnering with our client to find a proactive and flexible FP&A Manager to join their Finance department. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in driving the growth of the business by improving controlling, reporting, and forecasting processes. The FP&A Manager will collaborate closely with various departments, including Sales, Demand Planning, Marketing, and Operations, to deliver insightful business analysis and enhance operational processes. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level financial analysis and insights to senior management, while also engaging in hands-on accounting responsibilities. Proactively understand, anticipate, and report on finance and business risks and opportunities. Build and maintain financial models for current and future projects. Produce detailed monthly reports, including: Sales by product/brand, region/state, and forecast. Shipments and retail selling results, with accompanying forecasts. Profitability analysis by customer/brand/market. Cost analysis, forecasting, and recommendations. Financial simulations, models, and KPIs. Performance comparisons against previous year, budget, forecast, and plan. Prepare budgets, reforecasts, and 3-year business plans, including marketing costs by region. Provide operational stock control insights, including COGS analysis, stock rotation, and reconciliation. Conduct analysis and monitoring of business plans for new projects. Oversee intercompany transaction reporting and transfer price controls. Work with the accounting team to ensure monthly control of the Balance Sheet and Income Statement. Gather and analyze market and internal financial data to offer actionable insights. Lead efforts in automating processes and act as a key user in new IT projects. Play an active role in new development projects within the company. Essential Requirements: A strong ability to multi-task and take on additional responsibilities when necessary.
