This role requires the following: Proven senior commercial leadership experience in a services driven environment, operating at Sales Director, Divisional Director, or equivalent level within a services or operationally complex business. Full P&L ownership experience, with confidence managing revenue, margin, forecasting, and contribution-level accountability. Ability to lead and develop multi-disciplinary customer-facing teams, spanning new business, account management, and customer service. To be hands-on and highly visible, comfortable leading from the front with a strong on-site presence to drive pace, standards, and engagement. Strong commercial judgement and sales discipline, including pipeline management, CRM usage, forecasting accuracy, and performance management. Credibility to influence senior stakeholders and customers, act as an escalation point, and build confidence during periods of change.
