This specialist manufacturing company has built a strong reputation across North Wales for delivering high‑quality products and exceptional customer service. Due to continued growth and increasing demand, they are looking to strengthen their maintenance team with the addition of a proactive and motivated engineer.
In this role you will be responsible for both planned preventative and reactive maintenance across a range of manufacturing equipment within a clean and well‑organised production environment, and will play a key role in ensuring machinery reliability, minimising downtime, and supporting continuous improvement activities across the site.
The Role
* Planned preventative maintenance of production machinery and equipment
* Reactive and breakdown maintenance
* Fault finding, diagnosis, and repair of mechanical and/or electrical systems
* Supporting machinery reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
* Days-based role, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
The Person
* Previous experience in a Maintenance Engineer, Multi‑Skilled Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or Electrical Engineer position
* Maintenance experience within manufacturing, production, industrial, engineering, FMCG, recycling, utilities, water, field service, ex‑forces, or similar environments
* Mechanical and/or electrical fault‑finding experience
* Engineering qualifications are beneficial but not essential
* Positive, proactive, and team‑focused approach to work

The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set.
