As Cafe Manager, you’ll take the lead on the day-to-day running of Siop, making sure focus is kept on service, hygiene and the product. You’ll co-ordinate with management regarding rotas and stock, support the whole team across both the cafe and bakery, and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for everyone. You’ll lead by example, bring out the best in the team, and uphold and excel the standard that Siop Shop is known for
The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:
-Excellent customer service standards
-Great understanding of coffee brewing and sensory vocabulary
-Interest in food and drink
-Personable with customers and team, lead by example
-Organised and proactive in executing tasks
-Wanting to grow within the company or progress beyond and within the hospitality sector
40 Hrs per week
Starting salary of £29000 per annum, Quarterly performance reviews. Scalable with growth of role and company.
