Your Role as Host:
* Greets guests with genuine warmth and ensures every moment of their stay feels personal and exceptional.
* Coordinates daily operations across breakfast service, housekeeping, afternoon tea, guest requests, and evening turndown.
* Collaborates with our Spa, Estates, and Housekeeping teams to maintain seamless standards and serene surroundings.
* Acts as a lead on events and exclusives – working alongside the Front Office Team to ensure perfectly executed special occasions.
* Anticipates needs, resolves issues with grace, and elevates the guest experience through thoughtful touches.
* Upholds our brand promise of quiet luxury, privacy, and heartfelt care.
Qualifications
What You Bring:
* A natural flair for hosting and a passion for creating memorable guest journeys.
* Impeccable attention to detail and pride in presentation.
* Confidence working solo and as part of a close-knit team.
* Flexibility, initiative, and a calm, professional presence.
* Previous hospitality experience preferred, but personality and attitude are equally important.
Additional Information
Salary: from £25,480 to £27,560
Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers. Although variable, average levels are projected as being from £240 to £550 per month.
