Job Description
We are looking two European Data Managers, reporting specialists to join our team!
As the European Data Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient reporting on data flow from our external partners into our databases. You will manage reporting on our data, ensuring it is organized and accessible, working with our Finance, Technology, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate and insightful data presentation.
* While remote work is supported, some European travel will be required once established in the role.
* Your main goal will be to act as a Reporting Specialist, configuring and maintaining how our data is reported, so it is easily accessible for business insights. You will work with international data from our hotel, restaurant, outlet, and purchasing partners to centralize, manage, and organize information for clear financial performance and forecast views. You will be key in managing relationships and forecasting systems for our European GPO and Managed Services business, coordinating usage, statistics, and performance forecasting across sectors.
* Additionally, your role will be pivotal in global or European transformation initiatives, providing data, expertise, and problem-solving support to change management teams as Aramark and Avendra International evolve the business. You will represent European interests at a global level, deputizing for the Director when necessary.

Skills and experience required:
* Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong analytical and mathematical skills
* Experience with DBA or similar handling large, complex data sources and standardizing via ETL processes
* Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik; SQL, PowerShell, Microsoft Access, and Excel skills are necessary
* Experience in procurement, preferably within the Food or Hospitality industry
* Ability to work under pressure
* Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with management and external partners
* Experience supporting finance processes (Accounts Payable, Receivable, G/L)
* Deep understanding of databases and their applications
* Attention to detail
