Residential Support Worker – Children’s Residential Home (LD)
Location: Uttoxeter
Salary: £13.30 per hour - Approx. 35 hours per week | 3 on 3 off shift pattern
We are recruiting on behalf of an established and growing care provider who are opening a new learning disability children’s home in Uttoxeter. The home has been thoughtfully designed to provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment. Facilities include on-site education, a dedicated clinical team, sensory rooms.
As Waking Night Support Worker you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager to deliver outstanding care, ensuring children receive the highest level of support to achieve their goals and reach their potential.

Requirements:
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) – desired but not essential
* Previous experience in children’s residential care
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team
* A genuine passion for supporting children with LD
