About the Role
As a Multiskilled Technician, you’ll work across panel, paint, and mechanical disciplines to return vehicles to pre-accident condition — safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This is a varied and rewarding role where your expertise will make a visible difference.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out high-quality body, paint, and mechanical repairs
Work flexibly across disciplines to support efficient job flow
Complete all repairs to BS10125 and manufacturer standards
Conduct thorough quality checks before vehicle handover
Support apprentices and collaborate closely with colleagues
What We’re Looking For
ATA/NVQ Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Repair (or equivalent)
Proven experience in body, paint, and/or MET repair work
A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to repair excellence
Strong team ethic and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Passion for customer satisfaction and safety compliance
