The Business
This is an opportunity to join a well-established, independent property and lettings business with a strong local presence and a reputation for professionalism, compliance, and long-term relationships on a Part time Basis.
The business manages a diverse residential property portfolio and prides itself on delivering a personable yet well-structured service to landlords and tenants alike. With a stable client base and experienced leadership team, the environment is professional but approachable — ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit team and having real ownership of their work.
The Role
The Part-Time Accounts & Systems Assistant role is designed for someone who wants to properly learn the portfolio from the ground up and become a trusted part of the day-to-day finance operation.
You’ll be involved across the full rental cycle — from rent postings through to landlord payments and arrears management — working closely with the Head of Finance and supporting the wider office as needed.
