Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience and demonstrate exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, providing support to various departments, and maintaining effective communication within the organisation.
Duties
* Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised environment
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Maintain and update records using QuickBooks and other software applications
* Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members
* Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
* Coordinate meetings and take minutes when necessary
* Support clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
* Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes
Experience
* Previous office or administrative experience is essential
* Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Demonstrated clerical experience is preferred

Pay: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
