Our clients are not-for-profit financial institutions dedicated to giving back to their communities by providing ethical financial services to those in need. Established for over 25 years, they serve members through membership in a large UK trade union. They’re looking for a Finance Officer with bookkeeping and reconciliation experience who can take ownership of financial processes across both their organisation and a partner organisation. This role will involve preparing budgets, liaising with auditors, completing PRA quarterly returns and annual accounts, and ensuring all financial processes are followed. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEOs and teams at both organisations, with the chance to influence financial planning and strategy. The ideal candidate would be somebody who is confident working independently, has strong attention to detail, and wants to contribute their financial expertise to two ethical, member-focused organisations.
