The Opportunity Strategic Influence : Partner directly with senior product and streaming leaders, turning complex audience data into clear, actionable insight. Product & Digital Focus : Guide the evolution of a fast-growing streaming platform, helping define new KPIs and success metrics as customer behaviour changes. Leadership : Coach and develop a team of four Business Partners, building their business-partnering capability and embedding insight across the organisation. Cross-Functional Impact : Collaborate with specialist analytics, research and data teams to deliver high-quality, decision-ready projects. What You’ll Bring Strong background in digital product or streaming environments, with an agile, commercial mindset. Proven experience leading and developing teams, ideally in an insight, analytics, or product-focused setting. The confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders, asking the right questions to get to the heart of a brief.
