Salary £29,000 per year plus bonus Responsibilities: * Operate and monitor machinery and equipment to ensure safe efficient production * Load and unload materials using a forklift * Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machines * Always follow health and safety standards * Accurately complete production and inventory logs * Some other duties may be required when asked by a manager Experience: * Previous experience as a machine operator within a manufacturing or warehouse environment would be desirable * Valid forklift licence with proven forklift experience within the last year * Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions * Good communication skills and a team player * Reliable with a strong work ethic * A desire for progression Benefits: * Attendance bonuses every 6 months * Company return on investment yearly bonus * Opportunities to progress to £32,000 per year * Full training and development * Supportive team network * Company functions (2 per year)
