A career that works for you

We're looking for a Regulatory Reporting Manager to join our Financial Control team at Tesco Bank, part of Barclays Bank UK Plc.

• As a Regulatory Reporting Manager, you will work with colleagues to deliver Funding, Liquidity, FINREP, Stress Testing (STDF), and other ad-hoc reporting for consolidation into Barclays UK returns. You will also take a lead role in supporting the approach to integration, working with Senior Managers and Barclays colleagues to drive Sierra project deliverables.

• This is an exciting time to join the Regulatory reporting team as we work closely to integrate Regulatory reporting with Barclays colleagues.

• You will work closely with financial control colleagues across Tesco Bank and Barclays, engaging with Barclays Regulatory reporting teams to support the delivery of accurate regulatory reporting in a strong risk and control environment.

• This role offers excellent learning opportunities in a significant, strategic project.

• Exposure to Agile, Systems, and Technology.

What you'll be doing

* Manage the delivery of Liquidity and Funding PRA returns, including LCR, PRA 110, ALMM, and NSFR.
* Develop the process for Stress testing reporting.
* Maintain Regulatory documentation, including process notes, judgments, interpretations, and controls documentation.
* Support and collaborate with Regulatory reporting colleagues to ensure timely delivery of Regulatory reporting.
* Support key integration project activities.
* Own key controls and ensure compliance with reporting frameworks and governance for relevant returns.

We need you to have

* Significant Regulatory reporting experience, ideally with specific knowledge of Liquidity and Stress Testing (STDF) reporting.
* Confident communicator with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience in developing complex processes and recommending improvements under control and governance frameworks.
* Knowledge of Regulatory control and governance frameworks.

And if you have any of these, even better

* Accounting Qualification - fully qualified or in final stages of qualification.
* Superb attention to detail, producing accurate, high-quality reporting.
* Proven ability to solve problems and respond independently to queries from senior stakeholders.
* Keen collaborator who seeks opportunities to support the wider Regulatory team.

We don't expect you to tick every box; if you meet most of the criteria, it's worth exploring further to develop your career with us.

What's in it for you

* Prepare for retirement with our colleague pension scheme.
* Private Medical Insurance (WL2+) and virtual GP Service 365 days a year.
* Performance-related annual bonus.
* Generous holiday allowance, with a minimum of 7.2 weeks, plus the option to buy more.
* Enjoy our Colleague Clubcard with a 10% discount that increases to 15% every payday. We'll give you a second card to share.
* Benefit from family-oriented initiatives, including enhanced maternity leave pay, shared parental leave, and generous paid paternity leave.
* Ongoing learning opportunities and training to help you achieve your career goals.
