Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Business Partner based in Redcar or Scarborough, working at least 3 days per week on site. Reporting to the People Director, HR Business Partners will work with managers to improve colleague engagement and performance to enable the achievement of strategic objectives. The role will involve job evaluation / pay benchmarking, development of T&C’s, driving succession planning, updating policies and providing HR input into conpany projects such as restructuring, location based services and multiskilling, ensuring a proactive approach by managers. Qualifications Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent Good knowledge of current and forthcoming employment law Recent experience in a HR advisor or higher role in HR
