Job brief:
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts of our company. You should be able to remotely supervise a team of salespeople and set profitable goals. Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset.
Responsibilities:
1. Propose region wise sales plans and targets in alignment with business objectives
2. Manage region and individual performances
3. Report on region wise sales results
4. Forecast quarterly and annual profits
5. Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
6. Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
7. Analyze region's market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
8. Address critical problems and suggest prompt solutions
9. Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
10. Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
Requirements:
11. Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, Accounts manager or similar senior sales role
12. Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators.
13. Fluency with CRM software
14. Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team
15. Excellent communication skills
16. Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
17. Willingness to travel as needed
18. BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
