We are seeking two motivated Technical Advisors to join our DEA Audit & Support team in Wakefield. As a DEA Technical Advisor, you will deliver expert technical guidance to domestic energy assessors and trainees, supporting them via phone and email and performing audit responsibilities to ensure industry-leading service.
You'll be responsible for:
* Providing responsive, high quality technical support (verbal & written)
* Handling audit queries and delivering solutions
* Fostering strong member relationships, promoting Elmhurst's independent expertise
* Collaborating as part of a driven, friendly office-based team (minimum 3 days/week)
