Cleaning Supervisor (Part Time)
Location: Aecom Nottingham, 12 Regan Way, Beeston, Nottingham, NG9 6RZ
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 10 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 5.30 pm-7.30 pm
Rate of Pay: £14.51 per hour
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to work with a range of Mitie clients to manage a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff and maintaining excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.
Responsibilities
* Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning.
* Ensure cleaning staff understand task schedules and follow correct Health & Safety procedures, providing technical training as required.
* Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards and the use of materials, and order stocks as necessary.
* Deal with any issues efficiently and professionally, referring to the line manager where appropriate.
Qualifications
* Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
* Strong communication skills, reliability, and a hard‑working, professional attitude.
* Ability to work to a schedule independently and take initiative.
