What You Will Do As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee quantity surveying and commercial management across projects from contract award to completion. You’ll lead a team of Quantity Surveyors, taking responsibility for their commercial performance, and provide commercial and contractual advice to Sales and Projects teams. You’ll coach and develop your team, including apprentices, ensuring successful financial outcomes while mitigating company risk. What We Look For Min. 7 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor on projects from £100k to £10m RICS accredited or working towards accreditation Extensive experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) environments Strong understanding of commercial and financial risk Proven ability to lead large commercial projects Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders Excellent communication skills, including explaining technical details to non-technical audiences Strong problem-solving skills and independent decision-making LI-JB3 LI-Hybrid
