Teaching Assistants & Pastoral Support Staff Wanted – SEN School (Romsey and Surrounding Areas)

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting full-time Teaching Assistants and Pastoral Support Team Members for specialist SEN schools in Romsey and the surrounding areas, supporting children with a range of complex needs.
The RoleAs part of a committed and supportive team, you will:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with complex needs
* Assist in delivering tailored learning and care plans
* Support students’ emotional wellbeing and behavioural development
* Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff
* Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
What We’re Looking For
* A genuine passion for working with children, especially those with additional needs
* A caring, patient, and resilient nature
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to commit to a full-time role
* Availability for an ASAP start
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Essential Requirements
* An Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
* Relevant experience is desirable but not essential—the right attitude matters most
