What will you get up to?
* Ensure the kitchen is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised at the end of each shift, following established cleaning protocols.
* Wash and sanitise dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, ensuring they are ready for use during the next service.
* Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen equipment, including stovetops, ovens, grills, and prep stations.
* Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed to prevent overflow and maintain a hygienic environment.
* Sweep and mop floors to eliminate spills and debris, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
* Support the closing procedures of the kitchen, including covering and storing food items properly.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and waste disposal.
* Communicate any maintenance or repair needs to the management team
