An opportunity has arisen for a Occupational Therapist to join the occupational therapy team at Guild Lodge in the medium secure service. You will be involved in the maintenance and delivery of Occupational Therapy Services across the Trust including the coordination, implementation of tailored specific treatment programmes for your own caseload. There are excellent facilities - ranging from ward based involvement, to a custom built therapeutic resources centre (with a range of facilities including a sports hall and gym), a vocational rehabilitation facility a social centre, as well as accessing the community, and community rehabilitation. Lancashire and South Cumbria Care NHS Foundation Trust is a Community and Mental Health Trust whose services include mental health and substance misuse services to the residents of Lancashire and South Cumbria. The Trust also provides low and medium secure care and forensic services.

Secure Mental Health Care for Lancashire and South Cumbria is provided at Guild Lodge, Whittingham. The service has steadily expanded from its inception in 1999 and currently has a range of inpatient and community services including 164 beds.
