About You
You will have previous Workshop Controller experience (or be a Supervisor ready to step up), strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while delivering excellent service. If you take pride in high standards, work well under pressure, and enjoy leading a busy team, this could be the role for you.
