Responsibilities: Support development of the multiyear Strategic Workforce Plan and build scenario models to assess future capability, capacity, and skills needs. Produce workforce analytics and dashboards, turning complex data into clear, actionable insight for senior leaders. Analyse labour markets, sourcing options, and skills pipelines to inform location, recruitment, and workforce transition strategies. Contribute to capacity and resource management processes, including demand, utilisation, and productivity analysis. Track workforce KPIs, producing high-quality reporting and briefing materials for senior governance forums. Drive continuous improvement in workforce data quality, governance, and organisational performance.
