Are you a proven and enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager seeking a new role with a renowned developer?
We are working with one of the leading brands in the industry as they seek to strengthen their on site management team and appoint an Assistant Site Manager to their development in the Falkirk area.
Reporting to a Site Manager, typical day to day site duties will include:
* Support each area of works to keep Health and Safety requirements up to date on a daily basis.
* Assist with keeping the build programme moving forward to meet agreed targets.
* Accommodate customer walk arounds / handovers to ensure first class customer service throughout.
* Support labour and sub contractor coordination throughout the site to assist site manager.
* Assist with the management of all site activity day to day (labour and sub contractor coordination).
* Liaise with contractors to keep site / compound tidy and clean at all times.
We are looking for someone who is motivated, organised and has strong management skills to demonstrate confidence and comfort when liaising with all relevant stakeholders.
A proven track record delivering new build construction projects is a must given the nature of this role and it would certainly be desirable if you had experience in the housing industry. Up to date SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be required and there will be a mandatory requirement for a black CSCS card for this role.
