We are seeking a Bank or Agency Rotational Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join Surrey Downs Health and Care, working across our community hospital sites. About the Role As a key member of the multidisciplinary team (MDT), you will: Provide clinical pharmacy input across the Mary Seacole Unit (Epsom General Hospital), Dorking Community Hospital, and Molesey Community Hospital. Review and optimise medicines in line with best practice for patients living with frailty and polypharmacy. Contribute to service development by supporting the Principal and Lead Pharmacists in developing guidelines, policies, and procedures that ensure safe and effective medicines use across Community Services. You will also benefit from being part of a wider Trust rotation, gaining exposure to a variety of specialties and enhancing your clinical, leadership, and managerial skills. About You We are looking for GPhC-registered pharmacists with: Strong clinical knowledge and experience, ideally within frailty, older people, or community hospital services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within an MDT. A proactive and flexible approach to service delivery.
