The Role:
The Trainee Mortgage Advisor position is part of a Progression Programme designed to guide you on your journey to becoming a fully qualified Mortgage Advisor. You'll be learning all the "magic" behind the mortgage world, starting with the basics and advancing as you go.
At the heart of your training, you'll gain a deep understanding of the Shared Ownership scheme and learn how to support customers and clients by:
* Being the go-to contact for clients, ensuring their case progresses smoothly.
* Conducting affordability checks for Housing Associations on behalf of Homes England.
* Reviewing key information to match customers with suitable lenders.
* Gathering and understanding required documentation to help customers move forward on their journey to homeownership.
