I am recruiting for a reputable client located in Olney, Buckinghamshire, who is currently seeking a dedicated professional to join their team in a permanent position. The company is a thriving organisation committed to maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety & Quality.
Day-to-day duties include:
1. Develop, implement, and maintain Health & Safety policies and procedures.
2. Conduct regular Risk Assessments and Safety Audits to ensure compliance.
3. Provide training and support to staff on Health & Safety practices and regulations.
4. Investigate incidents and accidents, document findings, and recommend improvements.
5. Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety within the organisation.
6. Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in Health & Safety.
7. Maintain ISO 9001 registrations.
8. Develop and maintain the Quality Management System to ensure compliance and conduct internal and external audits.
9. Manage inspection visits and coordinate corrective actions.
10. Oversee documentation control of all company documents, including policies and procedures.
Requirements:
1. Experience in H&S, Quality, and compliance.
2. Working knowledge of NEBOSH and IOSH accreditations.
3. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and ensure staff are aware of company requirements.
