Our Night Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of various overall Night time operations at the hotel. This individual must display exceptional verbal communication skills and a keen attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all front desk operations during the night shift. Ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel property overnight. Perform night audit procedures and prepare financial reports. Respond to guest requests, complaints, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams, as necessary. Monitor staff performance and provide support as needed. Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hotel policies. Prepare daily reports and communicate relevant information to morning management. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in hotel management or similar hospitality role, preferably overnight. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work independently and manage a team. Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit processes.
