Marketing Manager – Individuals
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Marketing Manager to drive our marketing efforts supporting the business growth in personal tax and financial planning. This role will combine building the brand, communicating our expertise and supporting business growth across these two complementary but distinct service lines.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the marketing strategy for high-net-worth individuals aligned with the overall AAB business objectives.
* Clearly articulate the value propositions of both business units - from complex tax structures and trust planning to financial planning and long-term wealth advice.
* Work collaboratively with the leadership teams to ensure marketing aligns with strategic priorities (e.g. cross-selling other AAB services and geographical expansion).
* Manage digital channels to drive qualified leads.
* Oversee thought-leadership activities that engage prospects and deepen trust and client relationships tailored to tax planning, trusts, inheritance, financial planning, sustainability in investing, etc.
* Manage external communications, including PR, media relations, and stakeholder comms.
* Collaborate with the AAB Marketing team to maintain brand consistency and integrity across all channels and divisions.
* Monitor competitor activity, marketplace trends, and regulatory changes in both personal tax and wealth management.
* Define KPIs for marketing activity and report performance to senior stakeholders.
* Manage relationships with external agencies, designers and copywriters.
* Potentially line-manage marketing executives in the future, as the business scales.
Experience & Skills
* 5+ years’ experience in a management role within marketing
* Strong understanding of high-net-worth markets.
* KPI-driven, with hands-on experience managing campaign budgets and marketing metrics.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to translate complex financial and tax topics into clear, engaging content.

* Strategic thinker but also very hands-on: willing to roll up sleeves and execute day-to-day.
* Highly collaborative, comfortable working with partners, financial planners, tax specialists, compliance and third-party suppliers.
* Professional and trusted: ability to represent AAB at client-facing events.
* Creative and curious, always looking for innovative ways to differentiate and grow.
