Responsibilities include:
1. Assisting the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy in accordance with state and federal regulations, and company policies.
2. Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist in coaching pharmacy technicians and cashiers.
3. Delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience by engaging customers, resolving issues, and developing strong relationships.
Customer Experience
* Greeting and assisting customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
* Sharing customer service best practices with team members.
* Building relationships with valuable customers.
Operations
* Supporting pharmacy operations under supervision, including data entry, prescription filling, error reporting, and inventory management.
* Handling clerical duties, supporting clinical services, and maintaining a clean, organized pharmacy environment.
Training & Personal Development
* Maintaining PTCB certification through training and continuing education.
* Participating in training sessions and acquiring ongoing knowledge in healthcare and pharmacy developments.
Additional requirements include fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
