ABOUT YOU:
You are an experienced Welding Inspector with over 10 years in oil and gas, including 6+ years in inspection roles. Certified in CSWIP and/or ISO 9712 Level II, you have strong knowledge of welding processes, NDT, and quality standards. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and uphold high safety and ethical standards.
Required skills and experience:
1. Preferred Technical diploma
2. Welding certified 3.1 CSWIP-Equivalent or greater NDT certified ISO 9712 level II (MT-RT-UT) - Equivalent or greater.
3. Minimum 10 years of experience in the O&G industry
4. Minimum 6 years of experience as Welding and NDT Inspector.
5. IT: Good knowledge of MS Office Packages
6. Facilities: Excellent knowledge of welding and NDT techniques, basic knowledge of metallurgy and welding engineering principles, good knowledge of pressure vessel/piping inspection and certification requirements (PED etc)
7. Quality: Good knowledge of QA/QC Welding Management Systems
8. HSE: Basic knowledge of construction and commissioning HSE requirement and standards implementation.
9. Radioprotection: Basic knowledge of radioprotection principles and main requirements
10. Flexible and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and problem solving
