What you'll do
The role of a Customer Service Consultant is to provide outstanding service, educate customers on digital platforms, and promote fraud awareness. You will support vulnerable customers and ensure financial inclusion. We value passion for customer service, ambition, helpfulness, and the ability to hold engaging conversations. Prior experience is helpful but not essential; we focus on your ability to connect and go above and beyond for customers.

Within this role you will:
* Be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and delivering exceptional service.
* Educate customers on HSBC digital services and fraud prevention.
* Support vulnerable customers and assist with complex banking needs.

When & Where you'll work
Full-time roles are 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00, and Saturday 09:00-13:30 (not all branches open on Saturday). Applicants on student visas that restrict hours cannot be considered. Support for other branches may be required with expenses reimbursed.
Your Training
Full in-branch training over 3 weeks (9 days total), including systems, products, and services. Attendance is mandatory during training.
