Key Responsibilities
* Lead the corporate tax team as the main client contact and manage a range of new advisory projects including International Tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, research and development tax planning and more.
* Focus on the industrial sector with corporate turnovers spanning from £5 million to multi‑billion pound giants.
* Work with complex corporate tax issues for mid‑size and large corporates, building new relationships with clients.
