We are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join our busy and successful Bath Office. You will be providing secretarial support to a team of six across our Commercial Property, Dispute Resolution, and Private Client teams. The role also includes reception duties such as greeting clients, taking copies of ID and general office maintenance.
Duties
* Providing all‑round secretarial support
* Liaising with clients and answering basic queries
* Diary management
* Producing documents (with the use of digital dictation)
* Maintaining filing and record systems
Ideal Candidate
* The ability to work under pressure
* Skills to communicate effectively and ensure that the client's best interests are always served
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary
* Excellent typing skills
* Fantastic IT literacy
