* £50,000 to £65,000 per year complete on-target earnings.
* £25,000 to £27,500 basic salary per year, dependent on experience.

The Role
This fully employed position gives partners the flexibility of a self-employed model with full responsibility for becoming the best estate agent in their local area. Partners provide an end-to-end service for their customers from valuation to completion of sale.
Support
This role is not self-employed, which means we can provide partners with endless support to grow a successful business. This includes learning and development team assistance, local property centre support, top technology and industry-leading marketing to raise brand awareness locally.
The Partners
Successful partners will have an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be the best in their area. They grow their business by building local relationships, being obsessed with business generation, marketing their personal brand and most importantly offering customers an experience they can rave about.
