Company Commercial Solicitor – Poole | Hybrid Working

A well-established law firm in Poole is seeking a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse corporate and commercial matters across a wide range of industries.
The broad range of corporate and commercial matters includes company formations and business start-ups, company and business sales and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholder agreements, partnership and limited liability partnership (LLP) agreements, terms and conditions and general contract advice.
Responsibilities
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, including NDAs, supplier agreements, terms and conditions and privacy policies
* Conducting legal research, preparing reports and supporting corporate transactions
* Assisting with business development and client relationship management
Candidate requirements
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in corporate or commercial law
* Good knowledge of contract law and drafting skills
* Excellent research, communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
