About the role:
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Social Care team where you will be supplying temporary and contract staff to children's services across Wales.
The desk is already established but has huge potential for further growth. The successful candidate will have a base of active clients and Support Workers which will provide an instant stream of commission from week one.
About you:
You must be someone who is hungry, ambitious and would like to further develop or forge a career in recruitment. We offer an uncapped commission scheme so we would expect you to be driven, resilient, hardworking and ambitious. The best-suited person will either be an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant/Recruitment Consultant or someone with proven B2B sales or business development experience.
Duties and requirements:
8. Identifying and engaging with new and existing children's service providers
9. Visiting these settings to understand their requirements and explain how we can support them
10. Attracting Support Workers and Managers that are matched to the client's requirements and ethos
11. Advertising on job boards, social media and our website
12. Interviewing Support Workers and other care professionals
13. Filling vacancies on a contract and ad-hoc basis
Person required:
14. Someone with experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Consultant or experience within a B2B sales environment
15. Someone that is driven by earning potential and earn commission
16. Someone happy working in a fast-paced, driven, targeted environment that is fun and rewards going the extra mile
