Are you looking for a new opportunity to use your skills and work as part of a team who look after employees in the workplace?
As a registered nurse working in Occupational Health and Wellbeing you will be responsible for supporting the team in the provision of services for WAST and other external contracts. Undertaking routine planned health assessment and surveillance and providing a high standard of care and advice in relation to specific occupational health requirements.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 08.00 - 16.00 and are likely to be over a 4/5 day working pattern, subject to flexibility to assist cover for core activity e.g. late / early shifts for flu / annual leave cover. it is likely that the post will involve cover at other locations within WAST.
You will need to have effective communication skills to establish and maintain good personal relationships with clients, the team and others. You will be responsible for ensuring confidentiality; diplomacy and discretion are maintained at all times.
This is a clinic based role.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
