Examples of What You Will Do
This is a fast paced role with huge variety and some of the activities include:
Customer communication. This is an office based role where you will act as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries via phone and email, providing professional and timely responses.
Building relationships. You will need to build relationships with clients and with colleagues to be truly successful.
Process customer enquiries. You will handle incoming enquiries from our colleagues, and customers. You'll schedule appointments, coordinate installation projects, and maintain customer records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Providing administrative support. You'll coordinate the end-to-end administrative aspects of installation projects, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies. Your attention to detail will ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry through installation to aftercare.
We are open to hiring candidates with different backgrounds, experiences, and skills. However, there are a few non-negotiable traits that any successful candidate will possess.
Customer service experience. You will receive excellent induction training over several weeks, but if you have a background in customer service or administration this will give you an advantage.
Proven organizer. You must be comfortable working with administrative processes and service standards. We are looking for people who are detail-oriented and can demonstrate maintaining high quality service levels.
Desire to learn. Do you want to learn about customer service and how to be incredibly successful, whilst making a real difference to your customers? You must have a hunger to improve and the ability to learn new skills.
You are organised. This is a fast paced role with a mix of proactive and reactive activities. The right candidate will be able to juggle multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
You bring energy into the room. We are looking for lively, hungry, ambitious, energetic team players.

You will be bright and emotionally intelligent. A degree is not required, but you must have the ability to learn a portfolio of products and be able to describe them to clients. You must also have a high level of emotional intelligence.
