Role
We are looking for an Aftersales Advisor to join our team at Eden Exeter. You should possess excellent customer service skills, be presentable, professional, reliable and a dedicated team player. Motor trade experience or retail customer service experience would be advantageous but is not essential. You will assist incoming customers on a daily basis as well as talking to prospective customers. As you will be working as part of a team, good communication skills and IT skills are essential as well as being able to work on your own initiative as and when required, and the ability to prioritise your own workload.
Responsibilities
* Assist incoming customers on a daily basis and engage with prospective customers.
* Communicate effectively within a team and with customers; utilise IT skills; work on own initiative when required.
* Prioritise workload to meet deadlines and deliver high levels of service.
Qualifications
* Excellent customer service skills; presentable, professional, reliable and a dedicated team player.
* Motor trade experience or retail customer service experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
* Good communication and IT skills; ability to work as part of a team and autonomously as needed.
