Job Description
3. Prepare quarterly Non‑Moving Inventory reports and recommend actions for healthy stock levels.
4. Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries, lost‑shipment recovery, insurance claims, and advance contract renewals.
5. Conduct periodic audits at regional warehouses to review inventory levels, storage quality, process adherence, and improvement opportunities.
6. Lead and manage warehouse personnel, ensuring compliance with operational standards and effective stakeholder/third‑party coordination.
7. Drive process innovation by introducing new warehouse management tools and methods; ensure timely creation of new spare codes and launch‑week parts availability.
8. Handle price mapping and uploads in CRM/SAP, manage warehouse space, monitor Auto‑MSL replenishment, perform gap analysis, and ensure use of quality packing materials to reduce COPQ.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head Spares Warehouse should have:
9. Graduate Engineer or master's degree in science / Electronics stream of study from a reputed College / Engineering institute. MBA/Diploma in Warehouse Management is preferred.
10. During career life cycle, have at least 2 ~ 3 years experience in working with overseas vendors on spare parts procurement and understand the various IMP-EX standards.
11. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards for warehouse operations.
12. Proficiency in using warehouse management software and tools.
