Were currently supporting one of our clients in the search for an Occupational Health & Wellbeing Screening Advisor. This role focuses on promoting wellbeing, carrying out health screening, and supporting staff in maintaining their fitness for work.

What youll be doing
Delivering effective health and wellbeing assessments
Providing professional and appropriate health advice
Supporting other clinicians within the department
Setting up clinics and undertaking pre-placement health assessments
What were looking for
Registered Nurse (Adult/RGN) with current NMC Level 1 registration
Experience or knowledge of health surveillance and fitness-for-work assessments
Confidence in reviewing medical information and making routine decisions using initiative and sound judgement
