Sigma 3 is a leading manufacturer and retailer of quality kitchens & bedrooms. Sigma 3 has 6 of its own Retail Showrooms across South Wales and England. We serve a large number of independent trade and builder accounts and pride ourselves in a quality product and a quality service. Our brand of kitchen furniture, called Masterclass Kitchens, is sold by independent kitchen specialists across the country.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Kitchen Designer,who has an eye for detail with a creative spark to work with our Contract Builder Team.
We are a highly reputable and respected company and are seeking a talented individual to join our friendly and professional team. We are targeting substantial growth over the next few years and to build on an already successful team.

Responsibilities
* Project work requires a flexibility to design and work to a variety of design briefs from one-off customers to large scale builders, from small budgets to high end.
* Understand and work to a brief.
* The ability to read and understand architects and builders’ plans.
* Produce site presentation packs for the Regional Sales Manager to present to the clients.
* The potential to assist the Regional Sales Manager in customer visits, meetings and presentations.
* Trouble shooting identified problems or concerns in relation to the kitchen design.
* Work as a team to check peers designs and quotations.
* Produce comprehensive pricing packs for each project/site.
* To follow the Commercial design procedure from the initial brief through the design process and quoting to checking and ordering.
* Site visits as necessary.
Skills and Experience
* Design and CAD experience (Compusoft Winner, AutoCAD or similar).
* Computer literate (MS Office).
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to read technical specifications and drawings.
* Good time management skills are necessary as deadlines can vary between projects.
* Kitchen design experience is desirable but not essential.

* Competitive basic salary of £25,584 plus benefits package with a realistic opportunity to earn an OTE between £26,000 and £30,000 based on your Contract Builder portfolio.
